Sachiko also brings a bicultural perspective to her work, enabling clients from Hawaii, the U.S. mainland and Asia to work comfortably with her. Born and raised in Osaka, Japan, she earned a BA in English Literature from Kobe College, one of Japan’s oldest and most prestigious colleges for women. 

Credentials

Soon after she entered the Real Estate field, she was hand-picked for the Ala Moana Hotel Condominium sales team by Penny Bradley, one of the founders of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Hawaii’s largest real estate company, for which Sachiko continues to work. The experience Sachiko gained on that team has proven invaluable in assisting her clients. “They find me very helpful in explaining all the documents and shepherding them through the process,” she says.

More recently, Sachiko has been the Top Salesperson in the Waikiki office and was personally invited to join the Kahala Office of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. While strong client service is a pillar of Sachiko’s success – she ranked among the top 1 percent of real estate agents in Honolulu less than two years after receiving her Realtor license – she rests neither upon this gift, nor upon all the experience she has gained. Instead, she works tirelessly to strengthen her professional knowledge, earning several key credentials – Realtor® (the broker’s license that allows her to display the initial “R” after her name), e-PRO (Expert in Internet Marketing), CHMS (Certified Home Marketing Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtor® Institute).

Seminars

All this experience and knowledge enables Sachiko to offer Hawaii real estate seminars for investors in Japan and regularly conduct tours for foreign buyers looking to invest in Hawaii luxury homes, upscale Honolulu condos and cash-flow investment properties throughout Hawaii.
